文档介绍:河南科技大学硕士学位论文基于有限元理论的液压扭矩扳手优化设计研究姓名:李文华申请学位级别:硕士专业:机械设计及理论指导教师:张河新;潇然@摘要I论文题目:基于有限元理论的液压扭矩扳手优化设计研究专业:机械设计及理论研究生:李文华指导教师:张河新(副教授),潇然(教授)摘要随着社会的不断进步,在工业生产、基础设施建设等方面,螺纹联接的应用越来越广泛,螺纹联接的质量也日益受到重视。在大扭矩螺纹联接拆装以及控制预紧力方面,液压扭矩扳手具有无可比拟的优势,市场前景广泛。本论文结合实践,基于有限元理论,主要探讨了两个方面的问题。(1)总结液压扭矩扳手在使用过程中出现的问题,分析了问题产生的原因。最终根据不同情况,提出了解决方案。发现了许多使用不当导致的故障,因而对螺纹联接的常见问题作了简单的分析,论证了科学使用液压扭矩扳手对于提高工作效率和保证使用寿命的重要性,以更好的指导液压扭矩扳手的应用。(2)以某公司的一款特定型号的液压扭矩扳手为基础,结合实际应用反馈回来的具体问题,基于有限元理论、优化设计理论,利用Pro/Engineer、ANSYS等软件为工具,运用三维非线性有限元的分析方法,考虑接触问题,对液压扭矩扳手的关键零部件进行了应力应变分析。得到了液压扭矩扳手内各点的应力应变分布情况,找到了应力集中区域和材料冗余区域。据此对液压扭矩扳手进行了优化设计,以期在不改变输出扭矩前提下,达到减轻重量和增加寿命及可靠性的目的。最终生产新的液压扭矩扳手,并且设计实验系统,验证其整体性能。关键词:螺纹联接,预紧力,液压扭矩扳手,优化设计论文类型:应用研究河南科技大学硕士学位论文IISubject:Research on the Optimization Design of Hydraulic Wrench Based on the Finite Element Theory Specialty: Mechanical Design and Theory Name: Li Wenhua Supervisor: Zhang Hexin, Xiao Ran ABSTRACTWith the development of our society, the application of screw joint es more and more wide in industry and infrastructure construction, and the quality of screw joint also receives more attention. In the aspect of the assembly and disassembly of the torque screw joint and the control of the pretension force, the hydraulic torque wrench has the unmatched advantage, and the market prospect is wide. Combing with the practice and based on the finite element theory, two problems are discussed in this paper. Firstly, all problems in the process of using the hydraulic wrench is summarized, also the reasons are analyzed. According to different situation, the solution is put forward. Finding many faults are caused by misusage, then mon problems of screw joint are analyzed, and a better working method is advanced to guide the application of the hydraulic wrench. Secondly, based on a special kind of hydraulic wrench of pany, combining with the real problem and based on the finite elemen
