文档介绍：中国热带医学2014年第14卷第01期China Tropical Medicine,January2014,,·论著·防风通圣丸减肥降脂降糖作用的研究高明春1,刘大伟1,高晓霞21白城医学高等专科学校吉林白城137000;2广州药学院广东广州510000摘要:目的研究防风通圣丸对营养性肥胖大鼠的减肥降脂降糖作用。方法取刚断乳的SD大鼠80只,随机分为两组,正常对照组(n=12),饲喂普通饲料;其余大鼠为肥胖模型组,饲喂高脂饲料,8周后建成营养性肥胖模型,筛选50只,随机分为5组:营养性肥胖模型对照组(给予生理盐水),阳性对照组(给予芦荟减肥茶),防风通圣丸高、中、低剂量组,分组给药,连续6周。结果防风通圣丸灌胃给药,能明显降低肥胖大鼠体重、Lees指数和脂肪重量(P<),降低血清甘油三酯、胆固醇、血糖水平,抑制脂肪细胞增大(P<)。结论防风通圣丸灌胃给药对营养性肥胖大鼠有显著地减肥降脂降糖作用。关键词:防风通圣丸;营养性肥胖;减肥;降脂;降糖中图分类号::A文章编号:1009-9727(2014)1-26-03Study on weight-reduce and hypoglycemic effect of Fangfeng Tongsheng pills in ratsGAO Ming-Chun, LIU Da-Wei, GAO Xiao- Medical College, Baicheng,137000, Jilin, P. :GAOXiao-Xia,E-mail:******@Abstract: ObjectiveTo study the weight- reduce and hypoglycemic effect of Fangfeng Tongsheng pills in rats withnutritional SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group ( n=12) fed withnormal diet and the obesity model group fed with high fat diets.
