【Abstract】 Objective To detect the levels of immune indexes, coagulation indexes, stromal cell-derived fac-
tor-1α (SDF-lα) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in patients with acute leukemia, and to explore its clinical signifi-
cance. Methods The diagnosis and treatment data of 111 patients with acute leukemia treated in the Affiliated Hospital
of Shaanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2017 to February 2021 were analyzed retrospec-
tively. Of them, there were 51 patients in the newly diagnosed group, and 60 patients in complete remission group. At the
same time, 78 healthy subjects in the same period were selected as the control group. The levels of immune indexes [T
lymphocyte 4 (CD4 + ), T lymphocyte 8 (CD8 + ), T helper cells (CD4 + )/CD8 + ], natural killer cells (NK), platelet count
(PLT), platelet volume (MPV), SDF-l α, and LDH were compared among the three groups. Results The levels of
