文档介绍：中国热带医学2013年第13卷第06期China Tropical Medicine,June2013,,·论著·广西防城港市1997~2011年HIV/AIDS流行状况分析黄飞,龙海艺,谢海,吴科明摘要:目的了解防城港市艾滋病的流行状况,为制定艾滋病的预防控制措施提供依据。方法收集防城港市1997~2011年艾滋病网络直报数据,对艾滋病感染者按性别、年龄、职业、文化程度、传播途径等进行分析。结果防城港市1997~2011年累计报告HIV/AIDS2299例,死亡384例,艾滋病疫情逐年上升。HIV/AIDS分布范围广泛,人数以防城区最多,达984例,感染率以东兴市最高,。职业以农民为主,且文化程度较低,年龄集中在l6~49岁,:1,传播途径以性传播为主,尤其是异性传播。结论1997~2011年艾滋病流行呈上升趋势,应以中青年农民和东兴市边境流动人口为重点人群继续加强艾滋病预防知识的宣传教育,加大干预力度,遏制艾滋病疫情。关键词:艾滋病;流行病学;分析中图分类号::A文章编号:1009-9727(2013)6-706-03Epidemiological analysis of HIV/AIDS in Fangchenggang City(1997-2011).HUANG Fei,LONG Hai-yi,XIE Hai,et al.(Fangchenggang Center for Disease Control and Prevention,Fangchenggang,Guangxi,538001,China)Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the HIV infection and prevalance in Fangchenggang,and provide evidence for theprevention of HIV / and collating the data of HIV / AIDS cases and individual case which wasreported on during1997to2011,analysis the results by using gender, age, occupation, education level, route oftransmission,and so total of2299HIV/AIDS cases were reported during1997to2011,384caseswere dead,the epidemic showed a growth tendency year by year.
