六、混凝土铺设

1、细石混凝土保护层铺设，铺设前先检查压力表，如压力表压力低于4MPA,则禁止施工
2、混泥土搅拌：严禁直接在地暖管上进行混泥土搅拌。可在地暖管上铺垫木板或者是塑料板。施工时不得出现钢丝网外露现象，如边界保温条脱落，需将边界保温条复位
3混泥土找平后地面高差不得大于5mm
4、铺设混泥土时，在门口、过道、地漏等位置必须做好记号，防止后期施工中不当行为破坏地暖管道。

地暖安装规范

一、水暖系统安装工艺:
1. 边界保温带：
地板辐射供暖系统与墙、柱等构件间的绝热构造。边界保温带应允许5mm的可压缩量。边界保温带可以用8～10mm厚、50～100mm宽的聚苯乙烯板条，也可使用复合薄膜的绝热产品，在系统安装中加设。

2. 保温板：
阻止或减少地暖系统热损失的构造。采用热阻要求更加好的XPS挤塑式聚苯乙烯板，厚度为2mm，在基础钢板上铺设。
3. 金属铝箔反射膜：
避免绝热层上部施工水分破坏绝热层功能的构造，阻止热量向下传导，在地暖管道安装前铺装于保温层之上。
4. 钢筋网：
由ф3～5mm钢筋组成，用于扎固地暖管道于设定的间距上，在金属反射膜之上安装固定牢固。
5. 扎带：
将地暖管道固定在钢筋网上的塑料带。（可采用细铅丝代替固定绑扎）
6. PERT管：
采用具有良好耐压能力和长久工作寿命的、用于地暖系统的抗渗氧PERT管。
