活动流程
（一）世界粮食日宣传活动（10月16日）
1、前期准备
（1）办公室提前安排好场地，并准备帐篷四个，桌子四张，凳子两个；
（2）准备横幅两条，上面写有“科学饮食，告别浪费”宣传标语；
（3）宣传部准备宣传页500张；
（4）值班人员带好记号笔、工作证及帽子。
2、活动现场
（1）10月16日上午10:00，值班人员在各食堂门前搭好2顶帐篷，放好桌椅准备好宣传单页，把条幅贴在桌子上，把展板摆放在帐篷前面。
（2）中午人流高峰期时，6个值班人员各两个分别站在帐篷周围和食堂正门口发放宣传单页，讲解节约粮食的意义。

3、后期安排
（1）活动结束后，清理活动现场，整理所带物品。
（2）听取各方对此次活动的评价。
（3）对活动进行总结，撰写心得。
（二）节粮征集：①节粮小窍门②食堂标语③节粮相关文章
1、前期准备
（1）活动开展前宣传部负责在青协微博发布活动介绍。
（2）由主席团向各院系传达活动通知。
（3）设计、打印报名登记表（包括姓名、院系、年级、联系方式、作品号）。
