文档介绍：I广东海洋科技服务业发展研究摘要海洋—人类生命的摇篮,为整个社会创造出巨大物质财富和精神财富。海洋的兴衰关系着整个人类的命运,人类的生存、社会的进步和发展都与海洋有着难解难分的紧密关系。中国是海洋大国,广东是海洋大省,如何把海洋大省建设成海洋强省,是21世纪国家中长期的发展战略。海洋强国建设离不开科技的支撑,而海洋科技服务恰恰又是海洋科技成果转化的关键环节,其发展的好坏不仅直接关系到海洋科技创新成果的实际应用能否实现,而且关系到海洋事业发展的速度。所以省领导十分重视海洋的发展,为了提高海洋经济的发展,广东省多次开展海洋发展交流会以及海洋发展专题等,来提高海洋科技的交流与推广,进一步提升海洋经济的发展。海洋科技服务业是国家创新体系的重要组成部分,是开展海洋技术扩散、海洋成果转化、海洋科技评估、海洋创新资源配置等专业化服务行业,它以专业知识、专门技能为基础,与各类创新主体和要素市场建立紧密联系。由于科技服务业在我国产生比较晚,海洋科技服务业产生与发展更晚,其运作机制没有成熟的现成模式可以借鉴。本研究特以广东省海洋科技服务业为研究对象,综合运用产业经济理论、技术创新理论、经济增长等理论来解读海洋科技服务业的本质属性和发展潜力,以及在对广东海洋科技服务业发展的现状进行详细分析的基础上,建立海洋科技服务业支撑体系,并借鉴国外的一些海洋科技服务业发展的经验。在经验的基础上,提出相应的对策建议,以期把海洋资源优势转化为经济优势,使海洋产业逐步成为国民经济支柱产业之一,促进我省国民经济持续、稳定、协调发展。本研究的成果内容具有很强的推广价值和示范效应,也为在全国沿海各省市开展海洋科技服务业的机制建设研究提供经验借鉴及理论支撑。关键词:广东,海洋科技服务业,发展研究IIIIIThe Research Of Guangdong Marine Science and Technology Service Industry Development AbstractOcean --the cradleof life, the home of wind and rain, wuzhou channels, the treasure house of resources.
