院 - 系: 工学院算、拉深次数的确定和拉深过程中尺寸的计算、如何确定排样方式及材料利用率的计算。
（3)模具的设计。落料拉深模。主要进行了压力机的选择、落料拉深、凸凹模尺寸的计算、模架的选用、定位装置、卸料机构的选择等。
（4)在拉深工艺中会遇到的起皱及防护措施和其它的辅助工序。
(5）最终绘制了落料拉深模和整形模的装配图和零件图。
做杯子设计最后对本论文撰写过程中存在的问题及缺陷进行了叙述，借鉴其他冲压模具设计的经验，给出了几种常用的解决方法。

Beｃauｓe of many ａdvantages ｏf mold in tｈｅ prodｕｃtion prｏcｅss, applｉcatｉoｎ of tｈe forｍｉｎg ｄie is mｏrｅ and morｅ wideｌy. Cold ｓtamping ｄｉｅ haｓ pｌａy ａ deciｓiｖe rｏｌe posiｔion ｉｎ die ｆｉeld, so ｉts apｐlicaｔion is veｒy exｔeｎsive．Ｓｔaiｎｌeｓｓ ｓteel cuｐ is the aｐpｌicａtion of tｈｅ mold， ｔhe desigｎ and caｌculatｉon of the cup from the ｐrｏduct quａｌity， prodｕction efｆiciency, cosｔ, mｏｕｌd ｃoｎveｎient and sａfｅ uｓe， lｏｎg lｉｆｅ, design, ｐrodｕction, rｅseａrch, tｒyinｇ tｏ makｅ tｈe tｅchｎoｌogy improveｓ．Thｅ cup, whｉcｈ is siｍple iｎ ｓtｒucｔure, ｉs a fｌａnｇｅlesｓ cyliｎdriｃal struｃture．
