文档介绍:- I - 摘 要煤炭行业是关系国际民生的基本行业,同时也是高危行业。近年来,随着我国经济的快速发展,煤矿事故不断发生,安全生产问题越来越受到国家、政府和社会的广泛关注。大量煤矿事故的调查结果表明,在实现煤矿安全生产的过程中,人的不安全行为是造成煤矿事故的主要根源。在导致不安全行为的心理因素中,矿工的情绪问题占有重要地位。本文以矿工为研究对象,在理论分析的基础上,本文提出了实证研究的假设和模型,然后用访谈法、问卷调查形式进行实证研究,、描述性统计和差异分析,不同人口统计学变量之间的消极情绪差异情况来源情况。结果表明,厌烦、急躁、悲观、焦虑消极情绪在矿工中较为常见;工作特征、组织因素、个人因素、工作关系是矿工消极情绪的主要来源,同时,工作满意度和不安全行为与常见消极情绪存在显著性相关关系。由此,从预防、舒缓和消除矿工消极情绪,以帮助其在提高工作满意度和较少矿工不安全行为,从组织和个人层面提出管理对策。关键词:矿工;消极情绪;消极情绪来源;情绪管理;结构方程模型- II - Abstract The coal industry is the relationship between the basic industry international people’s livelihood,and high-risk industries. In recent years, with the rapid economic development of our country, coal mine accidents have occurred, safety production problems by more and more countries, governments, and extensive attention of the whole large coal mine accident results of the survey show that people's unsafe behavior is caused by a major source of coal mine accidents, In the realization of the process of coal mine production problems of the miners play an important role in the cause of unsafe behavior of psychological factors. On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper takes the miners as the object,presenting an empirical study of the assumptions and models. Then use interviews, questionnaires form of empirical research, using SPSS software and related confirmatory analysis, descriptive statistics and variance analysis, the different individual variable differences between the situation of the source of negative emotions. The results show that, tired, irritable, pessimistic, negative feelings of anxiety are mon in miners;Job characteristics, organizational factors, personal factors, miners working relationship is the main source of negative emotions, while job satisfaction and unsafe behavior mon emotions, there was significant negative correlation.
