、供应部主要业务行为规范
●供应部应按照计划需求和安全库存量进行物料的准备和采购，同时按照库存要求控制采购，确保物料供应的及时性、准确性、安全性，保证物料库存在可控范围
●物料采购、储备出现异常应及时与计划进行沟通协调处理，确保物料有效供应及定单有效执行，物料异常应及时与计划、仓库等相关部门进行沟通，确保物料有效入库
●供应部应积极参与合同评审，对于特殊材质的采购需要明确采购周期、最低采购量等信息，以便指导计划确定定单的排程和计划的有效进行
●所有因供应不及时、供应品质异常，造成的定单不能有效交付的后果，由供应部承担
●品质部在定单执行过程中发现因品质问题影响定单交期的需立即通知计划，并告知异常处理结果，以便计划及时作出调整
●因品质问题导致该物料无法使用时，品管部应立即通知计划，以便作出相应调整
●因质量原因客户退货的，品质部应及时将处理结果传递到计划，需要补料、重新开料或更换材质的必须书面通知计划，以便计划做出相应调整
