肝胆胰微创外科实习大纲
一、实习时间
肝胆胰微创外科实习共4周或1个月。
二、实习目的
通过1个月的实习，使学生将所学的外科基础理论与外科临床实践密切相结合，巩固和提高所学的肝胆胰外科专业知识，熟练掌握肝胆胰外科门急诊常见病的基本诊疗技术和临床工作方法，培养其分析问题、解决问题和独立工作能力。
三、实习要求
1．掌握外科门诊的基本操作，如脓肿切开引流、换药术及各种穿刺术的适应症和操作方法。
2．掌握外科门诊、急诊一般常见疾病的诊断、鉴别诊断、处理原则及预防措施。外科实习四周后，要求能独立处理门诊、急诊的一般常见病。
3．熟悉外科常用药物的作用和用途、用法和剂量。
4．书写完整的外科病历，病程记录，在上级医师指导下，练录。
5．结合病例，学习手术前后的处理方法及各种手术适应症和禁忌症，了解手术中可能发生的意外及术后常见并发症的防治。
6．掌握一般无菌技术操作，如术前洗手、戴手套，穿手术衣、皮肤消毒、铺各种消毒巾单及敷料交换等。
