SiO2 纳米多孔绝热材料的制备与绝热性能研究

摘要:以纳米 SiO2 粉末为主要原料,添加红外遮光剂和无碱超细玻璃纤维,采用干压法成型成功制备了密度小、导热系数低的 SiO2 纳米多孔绝热
材料。为改善高温条件下的绝热性能,重点研究了红外遮光剂的选取及其影响。结果表明:以 SiC 作为红外遮光剂的 SiO2 纳米多孔绝热材料可有效
降低高温下的红外热辐射。

Abstract: Silica nanoporous thermal insulation materials with low density and low thermal conductivity were prepared from silica
nanopowders, infrared opacifier and ultra-fine alkali-free glass fiber through drying process method. To improve the thermal insula-
tion property at high temperature, the selection and affection of infrared opacifier were investigated. The results indicate that the in-
frared radiation of the silica nanoporous thermal insulation materials has been improved by doping with SiC.
