【摘要】利用有限元法对结构进行动态特性的仿真已经被广泛应用,但其计算结果的精度受到各种参数如材料特性,单元类
型等的影响,如果结构上带有橡胶件,那就使问题更加复杂化。因此用试验模态数据对仿真结果进行验证十分必要。作为参
考试验模态参数的提取必须正确无遗漏或虚假模态。本文采用多参考最小二乘复频域法(LSCF法)对副车架进行试验模态
参数识别来提高模态参数提取的准确性。继而对仿真模型与试验模型进行几何映射和振型映射,采用模态置信判据(MAC)
验证仿真结果。

Experimental modal analysis of subframe using
PolyMAX method and correlation analysis

【Abstract】 FEM has been widely used for the dynamic simulation of structure. The simulation accuracy however depends on
various parameters, such as material property, element type, etc. If there is rubber part on the structure the issue will be more
complicated, thus it is necessary to verify the simulation result with experimental modal test result. As reference, the experimental
modal test result should be accurate without missing or false modes. In this article we introduce Least Squares Frequency Domain
method (the LSCF method) in the experimental model analysis of a subframe structure to improve the accuracy of the modal analysis.
And then the geometry and mode vector of the structure model are mapped to verify the simulation result using Modal Assurance
Criteria.
