考虑装配关系的汽车变速器壳体的固有特性研究

摘要:为解决如何处理连接或装配关系以正确地进行动力学分析的难题,本文以某汽车变速器的
壳体为研究对象,提出了采用多点约束技术来模拟零部件之间的装配关系,建立了该汽车变速器壳
体的有限元分析模型,研究了该变速器壳体的固有特性,从应变能的角度提出了优化该壳体动力学
特性的措施,得到了提高壳体底部刚度或改变装配方式是提高该变速器壳体动态特性的有效途径
的结论。最后进行了模态实验验证,实验结果表明,运用多点约束方法的分析结果较传统方法更接
近实验值。

Considering Assembly Relationship

Abstract: To deal with the connection or assembly relation correctly for the dynam ics characteristic research, an
automobile′s transm ission house is studied. The assembly relationship is simulated using the multi point constraints
(MPC) technique. The intrinsic p roperty is investigated by building the finite element model of the transm ission
house. A method for op tim izing the dynam ic characteristics of the transm ission house is put forward from the point
of the strain energy. The results show that the dynam ic characteristics of transm ission house can be op tim ized by in
