experimental group was treated with clavicle fixation band, while the control group was
treated with traditional "8" bandage method. The therapeutic effect, Constant shoulder joint score, compliance of children and satisfaction
degree of relatives were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher
than that of the control group, and the Constant shoulder joint score after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group (P
<). The compliance of children and satisfaction degree score of relatives of the experimental group were significantly higher than those
of the control group (P <). Conclusions Compared with "8" bandage method, clavicular fixation band in the treatment of children with
clavicular fracture has better therapeutic effect, which can obviously improve the shoulder joint function of children, and improve the
compliance of children and satisfaction degree of relatives.
