基于声强法识别柴油机噪声源的研究

摘要:本文采用声强测量法对 4120SG 型柴油机进行了表面辐射噪声的测量,利用等声强云图找到了柴油机
主要噪声源来自于油底壳、挺杆室侧盖板和空气滤清器;并利用扫描式激光测振仪测量了柴油机表面振动速
度分布,验证了声强测量法的正确性;通过声强信号的频谱分析,找到了辐射噪声的主要频率成分;利用声
强主频率成分云图分析了柴油机噪声产生的主要原因,为降低该型柴油机的表面辐射噪声提供了有效的参考
依据。

The Research of Diesel Noise Source’s Identification Based on the Sound Intensity

Abstract: The 4120SG diesel engine’s radiation noise is measured by employing the sound intensity method. Based
on the contour of sound intensity, the main noise sources of diesel engine, which are oil pan, tappet’s cover and inlet
filter, are visualized and identified. Furthermore, the accuracy of sound intensity measurement is verified by
comparing with distribution of engine’s vibration velocity. In addition, the main sound source of diesel engine is
analyzed by using the contour of sound intensity’s ponent. Based on above analysis, the effective
reference for reducing this type diesel engine’s noise level is shown up.
