柴油机辐射噪声预测及控制技术研究

摘要:利用有限元法和边界元法预测 CY4102BG型柴油机在高负荷工况下的振动及辐射噪声特性,确定出
柴油机的高噪声区域,并针对噪声预测结果提出改进设计方案。分析了采用阻尼技术对噪声较高的油底壳部件辐
射噪声的影响以及在机体和油底壳之间安装加强板结构对柴油机结构噪声的影响。研究表明,采用这两种措施对
于降低柴油机辐射噪声具有良好的效果。

Abstract: The FEM and BEM are used to p redict the vibration and radiated noise characteristics of
the CY4012BG diesel engine under the condition of high load. The high noise area of the diesel engine is
determ ined, and then the imp roved designs are p roposed according to the p redicted noise results. The in
fluence of using the damp ing technique on the noise radiation from oil pan and the effects of installing the
reinforced p late structure between the engine block and oil pan on the structure radiated noise of the
diesel engine are analyzed. The study demonstrated that the above two methods are effective for reducing
the diesel engine radiated noise.
