摘要:在商用车行驶过程中,飞轮壳经常容易出现开裂现象,这就使其满足强度要求在设计中显
得尤为重要。应用有限元方法对某型号发动机的飞轮壳进行了弯曲工况下的强度分析,通过分析结
果找出原设计方案的危险部位并提出改进方案,最终成功确定设计方案使其危险部位应力大大降低。

Abstract: The flywheel housing, in mercial vehicle, is inclined to crack during the driving
process. Therefore, it is very important to meet the strength requirements during the designing
stage. The strength analysis of the flywheel housing for one model of engine in the bend working
condition was carried out using FEM, and the most dangerous part was found and the new
method was put forward through analysis. Finally, the design was confirmed, and the stress of the
dangerous part was decreased.

1 引言
众所周知,利用有限元法进行结构分析可以减少成本、缩短工作周期。而且只要保证模型
和边界条件的准确性,就能得到精确的计算结果。发动机是汽车的心脏,在其开发过程中对其各
个部件的强度和刚度要求是最基本的。以某商用车发动机飞轮壳为研究对象,应用结构分析软件
HyperWorks 对其进行了不同结构形式下的强度对比分析,最终在开发的早期阶段就能找到最合理、
经济的设计方案。
2 结构模型化
分析选用的模型为四缸商用车发动机飞轮壳,根据分析经验,飞轮壳的危险工况应该是静态弯
