——建功立业，职工生力军作用得到了充分发挥。农场工会在全场广泛开展了劳动竞赛、工人先锋号、巾帼建功、技术创新等活动，极大地调动了广大职工投入农场建设的积极性，在经济技术创新和劳动竞赛活动中涌现出总局级先进单位5个、先进个人4个，创新成果1项；分局级先进单位8个，先进个人12 个；农场级先进单位9个，工人先锋号5个，先进家庭农场10个。农场女工委开展的

“双学双比、巾帼建功、五好文明家庭”三大主体活动，激励了全场广大妇女在农场开展的“建功立业”中做出了贡献。五好家庭孙艳华，巾帼建功能手王树芬，创业标兵郭丽等典型事迹充分激发了广大职工勤劳致富、敢于创业的热情。农场女工委开展的以“十字绣”为主的手工艺品竞赛活动，在“三八节”表彰大会上共展出作品91件。种、养、加各类协会的建立，为广大职工发展致富，建功立业等方面探索了新的发展之路。
——立项实践，自营经济有了新的突破。稻田养鸭已有成功的经验，但是农场职工对其没有较高的认识，为了开辟自营经济新的增长点，今年，农场工会自营经济办的同志多次外出对稻田养鸭项目进行市场考察，对鸭雏的进货渠道、价格、适合当地养殖的品种、市场收购成鸭价格等都进行了细致的调研，确定可行性后主动为职工联系鸭雏，做职工的思想工作，在我们的宣传教育下，第三管理区十一作业站的20户职工鼓起了勇气率先承办了此项目，试验性投放鸭雏一万余只，间接为职工增收30余万元，为全场大面积推进稻田养殖项目，开辟新的经济增收途径提供了良好的经验。
