虽然学****时间短，但受益匪浅、感慨颇多，深知培训的重要性。时代在进步，社会在发展，科技进步日新月异，知识更新日益加快，学****如逆水行舟不进则退。如果不学****不爱读书就会缺少活力、迷迷糊糊，难以适应工作的需要，很难履行好党和政府赋予我们的神圣职责，确保畜牧业的健康发展。这次培训是一个学****的机会、交流的平台、成长的阶梯、进步的基石，进一步提升分析问题和解决问题的能力。
一、加强学****提高素质
依高层次人才培训计划，到广东佛山科技学院动物医学院进行知识更新。在佛山科技学院动物医学院领导的精心安排和导师的指导下，由知识渊博的几位教授讲授，他们以精深理论和丰富的实践实践经验传授禽病和猪病诊断，每位老师每天都耐心细致的讲解禽病和猪病诊断要点，从鸡、鸭、鹅和猪体表变化到病理变化以及实验室诊断技术要点，通过学****已基本掌握禽病和猪病诊断技术；积极参加理论学****及各种学术报告会和专题讲座；主动与专家教授进行交流，进一步拓宽了思路、更新了知识、增长了技能、培养了感情、加强了联系。
