土地总面积之比。
建成区绿化覆盖率：指在城市建成区的绿化覆盖面积占建成区面积的百分比。绿化覆盖面积是指城市中乔木、灌木、草坪等所有植被的垂直投影面积。 城市建成区内绿化覆盖面积应包括各类绿地(公园绿地、附属绿地、防护绿地、生产绿地、其它绿地)的实际绿化种植覆盖面积(含被绿化种植包围的水面)、街道绿化覆盖面积、屋顶绿化覆盖面积以及零散树木的覆盖面积。这些面积数据可以通过遥感、普查、抽样调查估算等办法来获得。
（八）森林覆盖率
森林覆盖率（创建森林城市统计方法）：是指以行政区域为单位，森林面积与土地面积的百分比。森林面积，、国家特别规定的灌木林地面积、农田林网以及村旁、路旁、水旁、宅旁林木的覆盖面积（四旁树面积按111株/亩计算）。其中，建成区森林覆盖率可将城市中各种绿地中的乔木树种的覆盖面积纳入计算。
（九）郁闭度
林地中林木树冠垂直投影面积与林地面积之比。
（十）人均公园绿地（人均公共绿地）
指在城市建成区的公园绿地面积与相应范围城市人口（非农业人口）之比。
