(四)服务机构及职责分工
乙肝、梅毒、艾滋病母婴传播阻断各项服务由我院相关科室共同承担，同级医疗卫生机构配合参与。
村（居）级计划生育服务室完成好收集辖区内计划怀孕夫妇信息、协助开展宣传教育、收集报告早孕及妊娠结局线索等任务。
2、卫生院医院职责：
①孕前管理：实施孕前体检，如在孕前体检中发现乙肝表面抗原阳性梅毒、艾滋病抗体阳性后，要进一步复查肝功能、HBV-DNA。建议去上级医院确诊如果肝功能异常或者病毒复制较活跃，应积极接受治疗，建议推迟怀孕，并在专业医生的指导下选择合适妊娠时机受孕为宜。
②孕期管理：为乙肝表面抗原阳性的孕产妇建立病历档案，孕期复查HBV-M、HBV-DNA、肝功能、肝脏彩超，发现异常及时处理。密切监护胎儿，孕妇孕期避免羊膜腔穿刺，避免剧烈运动，减少子宫内传播。
③产时管理：严格消毒隔离，选择合适的分娩方式，缩短产程，防止滞产，避免产伤。正确进行脐带结扎及气道吸引，采取婴儿皮肤保护措施，减少胎儿暴露于母血的机会。
