　　第七条　民办学校对接受非学历教育的受教育者收取的学费、住宿费标准，由民办学校自行确定，并按下列程序报价格主管部门和教育或劳动和社会保障行政部门备案：
　　（一）经市级及以上教育或劳动和社会保障行政部门批准的民办学校报市价格主管部门、市教育或市劳动和社会保障行政部门备案。
　　（二）经区县（自治县、市）教育或劳动和社会保障行政部门批准的民办学校报区县（自治县、市）价格主管部门和教育或劳动和社会保障行政部门备案。
　　第八条　民办学校申请制定或调整学历教育收费标准应提交下列材料：
　　（一）申请学校的有关情况，包括学校名称、地址、法定代表人、法人登记证书以及教育行政部门或劳动和社会保障行政部门颁发的办学许可证；
　　（二）申请制
