四、主要建设内容和任务
2008. 9—
成立组织，宣传发动，制定实施方案；制作标书，组织招标，落实施工单位。
2009. 1—
自来水及污水处理场建设阶段，6月初自来水管道与生活污水排放管道竣工验收，使1800人吃上纯净的自来水。
2009. 1—
新建污水处理场，集中处理养殖废弃物，2010年12月初污水处理场竣工验收后投入使用。
五、投资估算与资金筹措：
投资总额：250万元。其中：自筹资金：80万元；地方政府财政投入：20万元；申请中央专项资金150万元。
测 算：
a. 机井费用：80眼×5000=40万元；2眼×20万元=40万元
：55万元。
、水解池、接触氧化池、调节池、氧化塘等土建工程费用：55万元；
、提升泵、推流器、刮泥机、活性物质填料机等费用：60万元。
