摘要:近几年,浙江作为全国发展速度较为迅速的省份,上市公司也越来越多,已经成为我国证券市场上的一股重要力量。浙江上市公司的上市热潮是不是符合自身发展需要的客观要求?浙江上市公司的资本结构有什么特点?反映在其资本结构特点上的股权融资倾向是否合理?怎样才能促使浙江上市公司更好地利用股权融资?这些问题的回答,不仅有利于浙江上市公司更加健康成长,而且也有利于整个浙江地区经济发展。
本文以浙江上市公司为研究对象,通过上市公司的资本结构特点和股权融资的合理性的分析,对浙江上市公司如何更好地利用股权融资进行了探讨,并研究产生这一现象的深层次原因,希望能提出解决的建议和对策,最终达到优化股票市场资源配置,提高公司业绩,完善公司内部治理结构的目的。

Abstract:In recent years, as the development of Zhejiang province, the more rapid speed of the pany has e an important part of the security market. Is the Zhejiang panies demand of going public a beneficial and rational request? Is there any characteristic in the capital structure of the panies of Zhejiang? Is the trend for equity financing reflecting in its capital structure reasonable? How to use the panies of Zhejiang equity financing better? The Answer to these questions is not only beneficial to the healthy growth of the Zhejiang panies, but also more conducive to the economic development of Zhejiang area.
Taking Zhejiang province as the research object, this article discussed how to use the pany's equity financing better by analyzing the features of capital structure and the rationality of the equity financing. And discuss the deep reasons to this phenomenon, it hopes can put forward the suggestions and countermeasures to optimize stock market allocation of resources, improve the performance and improve the internal management structure.
