卷首语
今天是研修的第四天，是个特殊的日子：研修的时间过半；省教育厅张志勇副厅长到小学数学课程专家团队工作室看望全体团队成员并对工作做了指导。大家处于激动之中，紧接着又投入了忙碌的工作。
研修四天来，我们课程团队的全体成员、指导教师、研修组长和广大小学数学教师共同经历了忙碌、辛苦和不眠，当然更多的是兴奋、收获和企盼。
付出这么多辛苦，追求的又是什么呢？追求上好每一节课，追求澄清一个疑惑，追求分享一个案例……
其实，我们最终追求的是心灵的安静，称之为心静。在这个物质财富越来越丰富的时代，人们的追求日趋多元化，心灵愈加躁动不安。留住宁静，守住真诚，拥有善良和纯洁的心灵，已成为当今教育最为重要的任务之一。
讲一个荷兰的弗赖登塔尔先生的故事，他是国际数学教育委员会(ICME)的发起人,是二十世纪最伟大、最有影响的数学教育家。有一次，他在课堂听课时，教师给学生提出这样一个问题：从教室出发，到操场上的旗杆，怎么走路程最近？随着老师一声令下，学生们纷纷起身向教室外拥去，寻找他们认为最近的路。其中有一个学生直接打开窗户跳了出去，年届八旬的弗赖登塔尔先生看到后，也毫不犹豫地爬上窗台，随着那位同学直奔旗杆而去。因为这个学生的选择是对的，两点之间直线段最短，无疑从教室直奔旗杆是一条捷径。
