2012-2013年，我村将认真贯彻执行《张掖市文明村镇（乡）创建管理规定》，广泛深入地开展创建文明村活动，现根据统一的创建标准，结合我村实际，特制定2012-2013年文明村创建规划。
一、指导思想
以邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想为指导，深入贯彻落实科学发展观，坚持“三个文明一起抓”的方针，以经济建设为中心，以思想道德教育为主线，以各种形式的文明创建为基础，以解决村民普遍关心的突出问题为突破口，动员和吸引广大村民积极参与创建活动，不断提高村民素质和村的文明程度，为构建和谐社会尽心尽责，添砖加瓦。
二、创建标准
领导班子坚强有力。村支两委班子团结协作，发挥战斗堡垒作用；坚持“两手抓、两手都要硬”的方针，创建意识强，创建文明村工作有目标、有计划、有措施、有检查，做到组织、制度、活动、经费“四落实”；建有完整、齐全、规范的工作台帐资料。
村级经济不断壮大。村领导班子认真贯彻党在农村的各项方针、政策，及时传达到农户；深化农村改革，推广农业科技，加快农业产业结构调整，发展农村休闲旅游业，逐步增加村级集体经济收入。
