摘要
在我国根据传统马铃薯的种植一般采用切块种植,这样就给马铃薯的机械化种植的推广带来一定的困难。最近几年,虽然出现了初具模型的马铃薯播种机,但性能和效率不是很近人意。主要存在的问题有重播和漏播、株距不均,这些问题直接导致马铃薯播种机难以推广。本设计是根据我国马铃薯的传统的种植工艺要求,设计出的一种马铃薯播种机器。该机器是在已整地条件一次性完成起垄、整平、开沟、播种、喷药等功能的联合作业的马铃薯播种机,从理论上可以大大减轻人工传统播种马铃薯的劳动强度,更是极大地提高了劳动作业效率。通过几种结构方案的对比分析,使得整体结构比较紧凑,实现多功能作业自动化完成。通过分析与计算整机的机构和工作参数,进一步优化机具设计。特别是对主要的工作部件进行了充分的的设计计算与修改,从理论上进一步优化了结构参数。

Abstract
According to the traditional potato cultivation in the country generally use diced planting , thus giving the promotion of mechanized planting potatoes bring some difficulties. In recent years, although there have begun to model potato planter , but the performance and efficiency are not close to everyone. The main problems are the replay and drain broadcast, uneven spacing , which directly led to the potato planter difficult to promote. The design is based on the technological requirements of the traditional planting potatoes , potato planting devised a machine . The machine is in a joint operation pleted site preparation conditions disposable ridging , leveling , ditching, sowing , spraying and other functions of the potato planter . Theoretically can greatly reduce the labor intensity of traditional artificial planting potatoes , but also greatly improve labor efficiency. parative analysis of the structure of several programs , making the overall structure pact , versatile achieve plete. Through anization and working parameters of the analysis and calculation of the overall structure , making further relatively reasonable structure. Especially for the major working parts were fully design calculations and modify theoretically further optimized structure parameters.
