摘要:总分公司制企业是适应生产力发展和市场经济要求而产生的一种较复杂的高级企业经济组织。随着我国经济体制改革的深入,总分公司制度已成为我国现代市场经济行为主体的一种重要组织形式。随着市场竞争的不断加剧,加强总分公司的资金管理,提高总分公司整体管理水平十分重要。一种资金管理模式不可能适用于所有的企业,也不会永远适用于某个企业。因此总分公司内部的资金管理模式要根据市场及经营环境的变化,结合自己的内部结构特点来认真选择、构建、调整和优化,以充分发挥总分公司人财物各方面的资源优势,创造最大的企业价值。
本文在阐明加强总分公司资金管理的重要性、分析总分公司资金管理模式的类型及构成要素的基础上,总结当前总分公司制企业资金管理中存在的问题,提出总分公司资金管理模式的选择和优化对策,最后以徐记食品有限公司的实践为例分析总分公司资金管理模式的具体应用。

Abstract:Total score pany is adapted to the development of productive forces and the requirement of market economy and produces a plex advanced enterprise anizations. As China's economic system reform pany system, has e a modern market economy is an important subject in the form anization. With the petition in the market, strengthen pany's total capital management, improve pany whole management level is very important. A fund management pattern may not apply to all of the enterprise, also won't always applicable to a business. So the total internal fund management mode according to the market and the changes of operating environment, combined with their internal structure characteristics to choose seriously, construction, adjust and optimize the score, so as to give full play to panies of various resources advantage, to create the greatest value.
This paper expounded total score pany funds to strengthen the importance of the management and analysis of the total score pany funds management mode of the types and elements, on the basis of summarizing the current total pany financial management, and puts forward the problems exist
