（三）、特大病医疗救助：
（1）享受对象：
在年度内享受合疗报销封顶的，患病治疗医药费用总额在2万元以上，经民政部门医疗救助和其他社会救助后仍然影响家庭基本生活的参合贫困农户。特大病救助基金实行年度封顶线，每人每年最高补助总额不超过7万元。
（2）补助范围：
恶性肿瘤、白血病、恶性组织细胞病、淋巴瘤、浆细胞病、器官移植且住院费用符合新农合实施方案内的合规费用、慢性肾功能不全、其他疑难重症的疾病。
（3）补助程序：
患者本人书面申请，持户口本、合疗证、出院小结、合疗证报销补偿记录、住院补偿结算单等原件及复印件，填写《新农合特大病补偿申请审批表》；村委会组织人入户调查，召开村民代表会评议、张榜公示，无异议签署意见后报镇政府。
