其三、目前我国的家庭多为独生子女，当一个孩子出生之后，就自然家里的小公主、小皇帝，很多家庭对孩子都是娇生惯养，直至过份溺爱，在孩子从婴儿、儿童少年、青年的成长过程中，他们过的是衣来伸手、饭来张口的生活，长辈们都是尽一切能力满足孩子的要求。因此，在他们的世界观逐渐形成的过程中，就几乎没有经历过失败、挫折，更很少经历考验、磨练，当遇到父母离异情况时，学****成绩下降，同学、同事之间不能和睦相处，对于矛盾不想办法解决，而是把自己的委屈、悲愤发泄在社会、他人身上，用报复社会，报复他人，去满足自身的欲望和要求，如某地某中学学生张某（男，14岁），在下晚自****回家的途中，被一持刀歹徒刺中颈部动脉，当场死亡。如此年青的少年，便身遭不测。一时间群情激愤，广大群众纷纷要求早日破案，严惩凶手。经过公安机关艰苦奋战，终使案情大白于天下，结果却大大出乎人们的预料，此案主谋竟是张某的同班同学，年仅13岁的刘某。俩人因谈女朋友发生矛盾，刘某承受不起这样的“挫折”，于是就决定采用犯罪手段，清除自已谈女朋友道路上的障碍，在经过一番策划之后，他与另一个同班同学未某（男，14岁），以30元的雇用价格雇用了无业青年周某（男，17岁），将张某杀害。从这上龄小，作案手段残忍的案件中，我们不难理解青少年犯罪的心里因外界因素，不同因素地受到异化和扭曲。
