第九、 社团没有继承和学习的习惯。大部分社团每年换届后不愿走老路子，也不会沿着前人的足迹继续前进。我们说每个人都有思维方式，能创新是好事，但每一届的“白手起家”就算是发展吗？每年都重新回来站在起跑线上，你跑得再快又能跑多远？这一届可以达到一个很辉煌的高点，可下一届又自然而然地面临可能会注销的困境，这也是发展？社团如此，社联亦如此。除了从活动策划、组织、实施到总结、文档备份及整理外，还在工作思路，管理体制方面都没能很好地继承和学习，没能汲取精华，而是各行其是，自觉回到起跑线上！这也是曾经发展比较好的，甚至发展几十年的有很厚根基的老社团濒临注销困境的主要原因吧。 
以上所述问题是社团联合会以及下属社团普遍存在的现象，归根结底是社团联合会没能规范管理、正确引导，把所有社团团结在一起共同发展。社团联合会的可有可无也是社团忘却了正确的发展方向，希望社团联合会在改革时能看清存在的问题，正确处理，深入社团，加强管理。
