文档介绍：I西宁市社区建设问题研究摘要在构建社会主义和谐社会的背景下,加强社区建设、创新社会管理方式是新时期社会管理的必然要求。近年来,随着我国市场经济逐步完善,计划经济时期采取的“单位制”社会管理模式逐渐消解,以前由单位承担的社会管理事务交由社会承担,而随着市场经济发展、城市化进程加快,我国社会呈现碎片化、去组织化的特征,不足于承接诸多的社会管理事务。因此,社区作为社会的基本单元,推进社区建设,将社区打造成城市管理的平台,对于构建和谐社会意义重大。本文研究对象为西宁市行政区划内的社区。文章在实地调查研究的基础上,结合公共管理学、社会学、法学等学科的相关理论,对西宁市社区建设的现状、主要成果经验、存在的主要问题作了相应探讨,并针对社区建设过程中存在问题提出了相应对策及建议。全文分为五章,第一章为绪论部分,主要介绍本文研究的背景及意义、国内外相关文献综述、研究思路及研究方法。第二章对我国的社区建设理论及实践经验作了简要阐述,包括社区建设的目标及意义、我国城市社区建设的发展历程及各地社区建设的主要成果经验,本章节是全文的基础部分。第三章是对西宁市社区建设实证研究部分,主要阐述了基于对西宁市城市管理体制、社区管理、社区服务、社区参与等方面的调查内容及结论。第四章详细对西宁市社区建设中所存在的主要问题及原因分析作了相应探讨。最后一章对西宁市社区建设之中暴露出的问题,有针对性提出了若干对策建议。关键词:西宁市;社区建设;问题;对策万方数据IIResearch on Construction munities inXining CityABSTRACTIn under the construction socialism harmonious society's background, the enhancement community constructs, the innovation social management way is the new time social management inevitably request.
