电梯维保领班岗位:固定工资一级1100元,二级1200元,三级1300元,四级1400元,五级1500元,六级1600元,七级1700元,八级1800元;绩效工资200元。
员工绩效工资依据各岗位员工日常工作表现,公司规章制度执行情况,岗位职责履行情况以及业主意见反馈等,由各部门、各物管部的日常工作检查和公司品质检查情况而定,实行浮动制。
各部门、各物管部日常工作检查表和公司品质检查表作为绩效工资的发放依据,实行倒扣分制,即按照检查细则和标准,对相应的违反情况进行扣分,并按分值对应的金额进行绩效工资的扣除。
个人实发绩效工资连续两个月低于绩效工资额60%的,一般员工予以辞退,领班降为一般员工。
