【摘要】 目的:探討甘草酸二铵肠溶胶囊联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗酒精性肝炎的临床效果及up B, and the differences were statistically significant (P<). The levels of PC Ⅲ, IV-C, LN and HA in three groups were compared before treatment, and the differences were not statistically significant (P>). After treatment, the levels of PC Ⅲ, IV-C, LN and HA in three groups were lower than those before treatment, and the levels of PC Ⅲ, IV-C, LN and HA in the group C were lower than those of the group A and the group B, and the differences were statistically significant (P<). Conclusion: Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Enteric-coated Capsules combined with Polyene Phosphatidylcholine Capsules can improve the clinical therapeutic effect of alcoholic hepatitis and improve the process of liver fibrosis. 酒精性肝炎是由长期、大量饮酒导致的肝脏损伤,随着肝脏损伤的加重,可发展为肝纤维化及肝硬化[1-2]。酒精性肝炎是肝纤维化及肝硬化的前期阶段,若未进行有效控制,必然加速患者发生肝纤维化的进程[3]。对于酒精性肝炎患者,需采取戒酒、营养支持及肝功能保护等措施。目前,临床中常用的保肝药物较多。近年来,笔者所在医院采用甘草酸二铵肠溶胶囊联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗酒精性肝炎,取得较好的临床效果,报道如下。
1 资料与方法
一般资料
选择2016年1月-2019年3月山东良庄矿业有限公司医院114例酒精性肝炎患者。纳入标准:(1)男性,具有明确饮酒史;(
