ANSYS 在农用拖拉机驾驶室安全性仿真中的应用

[ 摘要] 采用 ANSYS 对农用拖拉机驾驶室安全性静载试验进行了包括材料非线性、几何非线性
和状态非线性的计算机仿真,仿真过程完全按照 OECD 农业和林业拖拉机官方试验标准
规则的规则 4《标准拖拉机防护装置强度试验方法(静载试验)》的要求,模拟拖拉机驾
驶室静载试验的后推、后压、侧推、前压、前推的试验过程,检验拖拉机驾驶室所吸收的
能量以及承受压力载荷后的变形和稳定性状况。通过计算机仿真,企业可以在设计阶段对
驾驶室的安全性进行评价,发现问题可以及时改正,避免了在产品正式投产后由于驾驶室
安全性达不到 OECD 的安全性要求而造成的重大损失。

An Application of ANSYS to the Safety Simulation
of Agricultural Tractor’s Cab

[ Abstract ] ANSYS is applied to puter simulation for safety experiments, including material
nonlinear, geometrical nonlinear and state nonlinear, under static loads of agricultural
tractor’s cab. The simulation process pleted according to the rule 4 < Strength
test method for standard guarding unit of tractors (Static load test)> of OECD official
standard for agricultural tractor experiment. The experimental process of back push, back
press, side push, front press and front push in static loads test of tractor’s cab was
simulated, and the absorbed energy, the distortion and the stability state under the static
loads of tractor’s cab was verified. The safety of tractor’s cab can be judged in the design
stage by using puter si
