某散热系统风扇破坏原因探究

[ 摘要] 本文通过利用 ANSYS 进行的有限元仿真分析,来探究冷却风扇在进行超转试验中发生破
坏的原因。在分析中,通过给定的两种工况和几种不同的约束方式分别进行了仿真计算,然后
综合每种仿真计算结果,分析发生破坏的可能原因,给设计人员提出了合理化的建议,设计人
员根据提供的这些建议,在原结构和约束方式上做了相应的修改,在随后进行的超转试验中没
有在发生破坏现象。

The study on the destructive reason of a Fan

[ Abstract ] This study investigated the destructive reason for a cooling Fan in the ultra-rotation
experiments by using the finite element simulation with ANSYS software. Two working
conditions and several constraint modes had been considered in the simulation process.
According to the integration of emulational results and the analysis of possible destructive
reasons, some rational proposals for the designers were brought forward. Both the structure
and the constraint modes for the cooling Fan were improved on the basis of these results.
No destructive phenomenon was observed in the following ultra-rotation experiments.
