基于 ANSYS 的结构优化设计

[ 摘要] 在吸取结构优化设计理论研究成果的基础上,从工程应用的实际出发,将通用有限元软件
ANSYS 与高效的优化算法结合起来,编程实现了有限元求解与优化设计的同步进行。介绍了
齿行法的基本原理,对几个典型的结构优化问题进行了多约束的最优化计算,计算结果经与
用其它方法求解得到的结果进行比较,表明该方法正确、可行,能充分发挥 ANSYS 与优化
方法两者的长处,具有优化效率高、效果好、实用性强的优点。

Structure Optimal Design Based on ANSYS

[Abstract] Based on previous research works of structure optimal design, from the practical need of
engineering application, integrating general FEA software ANSYS with high efficient
optimization method, this paper realized the synchronization of FEA and optimization. The
basic principles of ”zigzag” method are introduced in this paper. Several numerical
examples have been presented and solved by the program and other algorithm. The
comparisons between this method and other algorithms have been obtained in terms of
efficiency and effectiveness. The results shows that the method was correct and feasible,
fully used the advantages of ANSYS and high efficient optimization method, and was high
effective, convenient and practical.
