加强培训提高素质
——卓尼县动物疫控中心举办2013年村级动物防疫员培训活动
为进一步提高我县村级动物防疫队伍的素质，提升动物疫病防控能力和业务水平，确保动物防疫的各项防控措施落实到位。11月6—8日，卓尼县动物疫病预防控制中心举办了村级动物防疫员培训班。
这次培训班，是我中心在经费十分紧张的情况下举办的一次培训活动，也是继我中心在月初防疫督查中，发现新增的51名防疫员大多没有经过技术培训，业务能力欠缺的基础上召开的。其目的是通过此次培训，培养一批素质高、技术精、服务好的村级防疫员，建立一支高素质的基层防控队伍，全面提升全县动物疫病防控水平。
