摘要
随着微电子技术和计算机技术的迅猛发展,使PLC从开关量的逻辑控制扩展到数字控制及生产过程控制域,真正成为一种电子计算机工业控制装置,故称为可编程控制器。随着现代工业设备的自动化越来越多的工厂设备采用PLC,变频器,人机界面自动化器件来控制,因此自动化程度越来越高。石油储运控制系统使用了PLC控制,被控对象是油罐车和各种石油储存设备,属于自动循环控制系统,该系统能安全、可靠运行的情况,实现计算机自动监控。
本次设计介绍了FX2N PLC控制石油储运自动化系统的基本步骤和方法,并分析了石油储运自动化国内外发展的现状。基于于PLC的性能优越,兼具计算机的功能完备,灵活性强,通用性好和继电接触器控制简单易懂,维修方便等双重优点,所以文中运用了plc作为中央控制器,并且结合了组态王软件,形成了对复杂的石油储运系统的有效控制,不仅提高了工作效率,而且实现了储运系统地完全自动化。
该控制系统,根据实际要求利用PLC的实时控制和顺序处理功能,完成系统控制,在本次论文中给出了控制系统的梯形图及软件设计等。

Summary
With the fast development of microelectronics puter technology, the PLC logic control extended from the switch to digital control and production process control field, and truly e puter industrial control device, it is referred to as programmable controllers. More and more factories with modern industrial equipment, automation equipment with PLC, inverter, HMI automation devices to control, so higher and higher degree of automation. Oil storage and transportation control system using PLC control, was charged with targeting tankers and oil storage facility belonging to automatic loop control system, safe and reliable operation of the system, puter monitoring.
