2、失业保险
1）参加失业保险一年以上，在法定就业年龄内非本人意愿中断就业的人员在终止或解除劳动关系之日起60日内，可向公司提出失业保险领取的书面申请，由公司统一至兰州市失业保险经办机构办理失业保险申领手续，并通知失业员工在规定的时间领取失业保险金。

4）职工关于失业保险标准和待遇等事项详细可向兰州市人力资源和社会保障局或者公司人力资源部咨询。
3、医疗保险
1）公司正式职工在进入公司次月起由公司统一购买医疗保险，职工需向公司人力资源部提供本人身份证复印件和三张同底一寸照片。医保IC卡和医保病历由公司统一下发给职工。
2）医疗保险个人帐户主要用于支付门急诊和住院医疗费中个人自付部分及日常购药，个人帐户资金不足时，由个人现金支付。
3）职工到定点医疗机构门诊就医程序如下：
《医保证、病历》、医疗保险IC卡到医保窗口挂号；
B．到诊室就诊，到医保结算窗口划卡、记帐；
C．取药、检查、化验等。
职工在支付门诊费用时，如果个人医疗帐户里有余额，可以在门诊结算窗口划卡；如果个人医疗帐户无余额，则当次的门诊医疗费用由个人支付。如果发生电脑故障等特殊情况，先由个人现金支付门诊医疗费用，然后持《医保卡、病历》、医保IC卡、处方、收据到医保中心按规定审核报销。
4）职工如须住院，可凭《医保卡、病历》、医保IC卡及住院通知单办理住院手续。符合基本医疗保险规定的住院费用，有统筹基金和个人共同负担。其中，属于统筹基金支付的医疗费用，有医保中心与定点医疗机构按规定结算；属于个人自付的医疗费用，由个人用现金支付或用本人个人医疗帐户余额冲抵。
