护理总值班紧急替代程序与替代方案
为了保障医疗安全，提高护理质量，降低护理风险，结合我院工作实际，特制定护理总值班替代方案与程序。
一 、组织安排
，两人一组，按排班表轮流值班。
，完成值班任务及查房内容。
每天8:30在护理部进行交接班，汇报当天值班存在的问题，并提出建议。
，由护理部汇总分析后在护士长例会上对检查结果进行反馈。
：8:30～次日8:30。值班次日，补休1天。
二、值班期间工作内容：
〔包括实****生〕的劳动纪律、服务态度、仪表仪容及语言行为标准。
，包括护理技术操作标准、护理质量、护理安全、仪器使用，深入临床科室指导工作。重点检查危重抢救患者、手术患者及特殊检查患者的护理质量，根据需要尽可能给予协助。
