摘要
C岍物流公司作为一家民营物流企业,把握市场先机,在行业内占据了重要地位,
正处于快速发展中。但是随着组织结构和员工队伍构成的不断变化,公司既成的薪酬格
局屡被打破,加之历史上企业忙于业务拓展未能及时对薪酬管理加以理顺,导致问题越
积越多。面对经济全球化进程的加快、竞争加剧、物流人才匮乏等现状,能否建立一套
科学有效的薪酬管理体系,吸引、保留和激励人才,已经成为企业保持并增强竞争优势,
获得长足发展的关键。这也是目前公司管理层关注的焦点。
本文描述了CMT物流公司薪酬管理现状,结合薪酬相关理论,分析薪酬管理存在的
问题,并探寻产生上述问题的根源,然后运用现代薪酬管理的思想、理论和方法,根据
企业实际情况,提出系统地构建企业战略薪酬管理体系的建议。
本文意义在于,通过对CMT物流公司薪酬管理问题的分析、研究,为该公司薪酬管
理指明方向,这对于迅速发展中的民营物流企业具有普遍借鉴意义。

A Case Study pensation of CMT pany
Abstract
CMT logistics a private own logistic corporation,tracing the market and takes
up an important place in CMT is in fast the
cooperation’anization and staff team’continuous change,the pensation
system has been ,pany pays most attention on developing the
market,but ignores of category pensation system in time,the result is that more
problems present,it is facing the circumstance that globalization trend is
obvious and the lack of talents in logistic CMT could build up a good
compensation system,attracting,retaining and simulating the talent has been the key factors
of being essful in remaining and enhancing petitive advantage and getting further
iS the pojnt that CMT’S senior managers focus on fight now.
My article describes CMT logistics Ltd.'s pensation system with the
theories pensation,pensation management problems and researches the
sources of l use pensation’S thoughts,theories and methods,base
on the actual situation to refer pensation management system.
T1le meaning of my article is for directing CMT’S pensation system with the
analysis and study of the problems of its pensation content has wide
directive meanings to the private own panies which ale in high speed
development.
