具体实施流程:
一,小组成员进行讨论确定问卷调查内容, 制定问卷调查表。
（1）调查方式灵活多样,可以是群体型的调查,或是单人型的进行调查，地点也灵活多样,校园或是教室或是宿舍均可。
（2）小组成员均要参与本问卷调查,本问卷调查拟定调查容量200人,小组成员共同分担.
二，编辑《大学生心理健康指南》小册子
组员广泛收集资料，编辑一本小册子。在调查谈论过程中进行发放。
注：第一大点和第二大点同时进行。
三,调查问卷活动弄完后,进行到组成员对调查问卷的分析阶段.（1）12位小组成员进行对自己手中调查问卷的总结[提交个人总结（电子版）];
（2）将组成员调查问卷及总结[12份]进行汇总，充分占有材料并对材料进行分析研究,而后选择适当的结构来书写调查报告。
（3）制作课件，进行成果展示。
(四）组员安排
（1）设计调查问卷，3人；
（2）设计《大学生心理健康指南》小册子，3人；
（3）实施调查及小册子的发放，3人；
（4）撰写调查报告；3人；
