城市智能道路交通中的微循环研究
摘 要
城市中的道路交通相关问题一直是各个国家的国民经济、生态环境及社会发展所长期面临的重要战略问题之一。城市道路交通微循环系统是城市交通系统的子系统，他不仅维持着城市道路交通功能的稳定运转，而且对for urban road microcirculation network organization optimization. The upper layer planning model is based on the constraint of traffic flow saturation and branching ability, The traffic efficiency of the urban traffic microcirculation system is the highest, the optimal investment is optimized and the pollution to the environment is the smallest. The lower planning model adopts the user equilibrium flow distribution to optimize the vehicle's path selection. The evaluation function of multi - optimization target programming is established by using the coefficient of function method, and the detailed process of solving the model by using the popular intelligent genetic algorithm is expounded.
By solving the two-layer model, it can determine the road network composition of the road traffic microcirculation system and the improvement of the traffic capacity gain after the improvement of the road organization. It is shown that the reasonable planning and design of urban traffic microcirculation system is helpful to make full use of urban idle road resources to solve the traffic congestion problem in the city.
