(三)报名与资格审查
报名与资格审查工作由县卫生局负责组织实施。
1、报名时间：2014年7月10日—7月20日。
2、报名地点：县卫生局办公室。
3、报名证件：根据招聘岗位资格条件要求，须持以下证件：
(1)本人身份证原件及复印件;
(2)本人执业医师及助理执业医师、执业护士资格证、毕业证原件及复印件;
(3)应聘岗位资格条件要求的其它证件。
4、报考岗位：应聘人员选择聘用单位，认真填写报考登记表，县卫生局根据综合考核成绩，择优录取。
(四)综合考核
资格审查、综合考核由县卫生局统一组织实施。

拟聘用人员统一参加体检，费用自理。体检不合格的，取消聘用资格，按综合考核成绩依次递补。
(六)聘用
体检合格经社会公示后由应聘人员与各镇卫生院签订统一制定的《镇卫生院招聘执业医师执业护士聘用合同》，明确双方的权利和义务，经双方签章、签名后生效。聘用采取一年一聘的方式，聘用期限在同一个单位最长不超过3年。聘用合同一式3份，县卫生局、镇卫生院和聘用人员各执一份，聘用期间按政策办理社会保险。
四、招聘人员激励和保障措施
(一)受聘医师、护士在聘任期间，工资由保底工资加绩效工资构成。聘用人员按照招聘单位绩效考核
