治疗：本病可用采乐洗剂（2％***康唑）治疗，在冲凉时，根据皮损面积大小，用5至10毫升采乐洗剂，加适量水调和后涂抹于全身皮肤至起泡沫，并轻轻擦洗，10分钟后用水冲去，每天1次，7天后改为每周2次，共4周，停药2周后观察；汗斑擦剂Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号（25％硫代硫酸钠、3％稀盐酸溶液）先后涂于皮损处，产生新生态的硫以达到杀菌目的，每天1至2次涂抹，至少要用1至2周。
处方
鲜生姜20g 米醋100ml
【用法】将山姜捣碎，放入米醋内浸泡12小时，密封保存备用。先以肥皂水洗净患处，用棉签蘸药水涂患处，每日1次，连用3日。
【说明】汗斑又名花斑癣。初起时，为黄豆大小的圆形斑疹，呈浅黄色或深黄褐色，表面覆盖一层极薄的米糠样细小鳞悄。小斑疹可互相融合成片，患处皮肤较正常皮肤颜色淡一般无自觉症状，或有轻度瘙痒，注意在治疗本病期间要勤换洗内衣裤。
