3、负责进区企业和投资项目的审批、外商投资企业批准证书及其它有关项目审批的服务工作；
4、负责开发区有关利用内外资项目资料的管理工作；
5、在招商过程中宣传开发区的环境保护工作；
6、协助建设环保局做好引进项目的环境管理工作。
经济发展局
1、负责对进区企业生产经营活动进行综合管理和服务；
2、负责编制开发区经济和社会中长期规划，承担开发区经济发展预测工作；
3、负责为高新技术企业产品提供认定申报的初审服务；
4、负责为企业协调产品认证和企业管理体系认证申报和服务工作；
5、负责企业生产经营报表、固定资产投资报表的汇总上报工作；
6、负责企业食品生产卫生许可证、工业产品生产许可证、计量器具修造许可证申报服务工作；

7、负责区开发区内企业安全生产，参与园区内重大质量、环境、安全事故的调查和处理工作；
8、负责协调驻区单位开展“一站式”服务，保障电信、邮政、广电网络畅通；
9、为方便入园企业对外宣传和业务联系，负责对企业门牌、道路、指示牌的编制、审核、备案、制作和安装工作；
10、负责建立滨江科技孵化创业指导中心，帮助入园投产企业做好高新技术企业、科技型中小企业技术创新、专利产品、名牌产品的申报考核验收工作，带动一批中小企业成长；
11、建立健全全社会固定资产投资项目统计网络，收集收全各投资单位投入的原始报表及有关数据的分类整理和登录台帐，确保数据的完整性、准确性，做到帐表相符，建设动态与形象进度相一
