盆腔手术史或宫内节育器 粘连
非激素相关疼痛波动 粘连，间质性膀胱炎，肠易激综合征，肌肉骨骼来源
疼痛随月经周期变化 子宫腺肌症或子宫内膜异位症
围绝经期不规则阴道出血或绝经后阴道出血 子宫内膜癌

体格检查
双合诊示子宫活动度欠佳 子宫内膜异位症，盆腔粘连
腹部检查，双合诊和/或直肠检查发现结节或包块 子宫腺肌症，子宫内膜异位症，疝，恶性肿瘤
背部压痛或盆腔外部压痛 腹壁或盆壁来源的疼痛，扳机点
阴道、外阴或膀胱点状触痛 粘连，子宫内膜异位症，神经留滞，扳机点，外阴前庭炎
Carnett’s 征阳性 肌筋膜或腹壁来源疼痛
