of rural drinking water sources, protection of drinking water sources in rural areas by the 2〕23号〕相关政策，为做好2022年度省卫生专业技术高级职务任职资格评审工作，经省职改办同意，现就本次评审的评审材料申报工作有关事项通知如下：
　　一、评审范围和对象
　　〔一〕卫生系列全省正高，部、省属单位副高，以及除武汉市、恩施州外其他市、省直管市的药、护、技副高专业技术职务任职资格，均由

“湖北省卫生技术高级职务评审委员会〞进行评审。
　　〔二〕2022、2022年在岗，符合当年申报条件的卫生专业技术人员〔实行岗位设置管理的卫生事业单位人员的申报还需符合省职改办[2022]36号文件有关规定〕，均可申报评审；卫生行业实行公务员管理或参照公务员管理的机关和组织的专业技术人员不得申报评审。
　　二、申报条件
　　〔一〕卫生专业技术高级职务的申报条件，继续按照鄂职改办[2000]158号、鄂职改办[2001]89号和鄂卫高评办[2022]4号文件规定执行〔见附件1〕。
　　〔二〕根据省职改办有关精神，对于“大学普通班〞学历申报高级职称，按照本科学历正常申报评审。
　　三、报送申报材料的内容
　　各单位在报送材料时，按照要求继续使用“湖北省职称改革信息管理系统〞进行申报，系统安装程序〔有单位版和个人版两种〕和相关说明可在湖北省卫生厅网站〔
